Gopher Takedown Club is designed to organize socials for Takedown Club members where fans, family and alumni can come together and share their passion for Minnesota Wrestling. The Gopher Takedown Club also assists in facilitating NCAA Ticket Sales and seating for Minnesota Wrestling. NCAA Ticket information is listed below.​

 

Post-Match Socials 

These socials are hosted by the Gopher Takedown Club for Gopher Takedown Club members. Guests may purchase entry at the door. Members of the Gopher Wrestling staff and team will be present.

Location: Blarney's Pub - 412 SE 14th Ave                           

Dates:

Sunday 12/7 approximately at 3:00pm        (Dual 1:00pm vs NDSU, Maturi Pavilion)

Sunday 1/25 approximately at 3:00pm        (Dual 1:00pm vs Nebraska, Maturi Pavilion)

Sunday 2/15 approximately at 3:00pm        (Dual 1:00pm vs Ohio State, Maturi Pavilion)

Pre-Match Socials 

These are informal gatherings where nothing is hosted by the Gopher Takedown Club. No members of the Gopher Wrestling staff or team will be present due to the final weight cut and preparation for the dual. This is intended for suggested place for fans to come together prior to the dual. This is the closest location to the competition venue.
