YEAR-BY-YEAR BREAKDOWN:

2022: Placed 5th at the 2022 World Championships in Belgrade, Serbia with a 2-1 record • Placed 2nd at the Zouhaier Sghaier Ranking Series event • Earned a World Team spot by defeating Nick Gwiazdowski in a three-match set at Final X: NYC • Won his semifinals match at the WTT Challenge tournament against Dom Bradley to punch his ticket to Final X • 2022 U.S Open champion at 125 kilograms.

 

2021: Placed third at the World Team Trials in Lincoln, NE., at 125 kilograms •  Earned a bronze medal at the Mateo Pellicone International. 

 

2020: Placed 3rd at Senior Nationals in freestyle.

 

2019: Won the 97-kilogram bracket at Senior Nationals • Took 2nd at the World Team Trials challenge tournament • Earned 2nd Place at the U.S. Open •  Earned the bronze medal at the Bill Farrell International. 

 

2018: Was the Final X runner-up at 92-kilograms • Took first at the World Team Trials challenge tournament • Placed second at the U.S. Open in freestyle • Earned a fifth-place finish at the Granma Cup in Greco-Roman • Placed third at the Cerro Pelado International

2017: Earned a Greco-Roman bronze medal in the Gedza Memorial • Placed at the U.S World Team Trials in both international styles (3rd in freestyle, 2nd in Greco-Roman) • Last Chance Open champion in freestyle • Earned second-place finishes in the U.S Open, Dave Schultz Memorial International, and Herman Kare International in Greco-Roman.

2016: Placed 2nd at the Bill Farrell International in Greco-Roman competition • Earned third-place Greco-Roman finishes in both University Nationals and the U.S. Olympic Team Trials • Last Chance qualifier champion in Greco-Roman.
